This a -Bus 12 channel relay opened up in the software. When we come to a job that we do not have the database for, we only see numbers in the respective Cbus channels. If we had the database, or job file, we would see words in the channels such as “dining room”, “kitchen”, “front garden” etc.
Here is a short video of a fault at a residence. The bottom left indicator light with the word “cbus” next to it, is flashing. This means the Cbus “network” is corrupted and cannot communicate correctly. This can be caused by multiple things. In this case the was a module with a failed power supply causing the issue.

Here is a very neatly and organised Cbus installation we recently came across. The only thing that would make it more perfect would be to not have the CBus in the same enclosure as the electrical board, purely for convenience and as a safety aspect .
A very neat CBus board. Cbus pink cable coming down the left hand side and 240volt cabling on the right hand side. Also seperate neutral links for terminating the neutral cables respectively to the switched actives in the adjacent Cbus output modules.
Cbus output modules such as dimmer and relay modules can have a built in power supply or not have a built in power supply. Note this module has a number on the Laos active which corresponded to a number for that group of lights on the original plan. The neutral conductor the corresponds, also had the same number for quick and easy identification.
